Bad Boy Buggies & Stealth Electric Vehicles
After building the first Bad Boy Buggies from golf cars rebuilt with sophisticated independent suspension systems and high-torque drivetrains, the two men designed their own chassis and began building new vehicles from the ground up. Word-of-mouth spread about Kaiser and Palermo's game-changing technology, and their initial success attracted new investors to the ownership team. In 2003, the expanding business set up shop on the port along the Mississippi River in Natchez, Miss., and a powerful marketing campaign soon introduced the phenomenon of the Bad Boy Buggy to the world at large.
The company has continued to innovate over the years, introducing new models such as the two-wheel-drive Bad Boy LT, and the Stretch, with four forward-facing seats. In 2009, Bad Boy Buggies introduced the Bad Boy XT, a new vehicle designed from the ground up to provide greater horsepower and torque, extended range and a greater towing capacity.
The most recent model, the XTO, builds on the success of the XT with a roomier, more ergonomic cabin.
In October 2010, E-Z-GO, a leading manufacturer of light-transportation vehicles and a recognized innovator in electric-vehicle technology, acquired the Bad Boy Buggies brand and product line. Bad Boy Buggies joined the E-Z-GO family of brands alongside E-Z-GO and Cushman, a leading brand in commercial and industrial material handlers for more than 100 years.
Backed by the expertise, resources and technology of E-Z-GO, Bad Boy Buggies is poised to accelerate its growth, sustain its history and culture of innovation - and continue to change the way people enjoy the outdoors. For more information and inventory
